Every book, with its full story and its own page, lives in the Books area.
The Diaries of Our Sisters
The book that started a bigger conversation: a multilingual collection of women diaries that Ana is founding. Her diary is one story. The collection gathers the stories of other women in their own languages, heard without comparison or judgment.
This door stays open. Women are invited to keep getting together, to share their own pages, and to collaborate on what each season brings. If your life carries a story you have never said out loud, it belongs here, and so do you.
Begin with a note through the contact page, and Ana will take it from there.
Talks
Speaking topics
Every talk is delivered in person. Fees are set in a written proposal for the specific engagement and are never published on this site.
Diary of a Bad Mom
The talk the new book is built for. Not a confession: an honest look at difficult experiences, the assumptions people make about motherhood, how quickly women get judged during pregnancy, and the patterns that keep repeating until a woman decides what she will do differently.
Audience: Women conferences, mother and founder communities, book festivals, campuses.
A Girl Between Worlds
How a divided beginning becomes range. Born in Guatemala City and raised in Milwaukee under a second name and a second culture, Ana tells the story her memoir records, and turns it toward the room: identity, belonging, resilience, and the courage to define yourself before the room does it for you.
Audience: Women leadership conferences, universities, associations, and belonging programs.
Is AI Recommending Your Business?
Your next client may never visit a search results page. They will ask an AI tool who does what you do, near them, and they will call one of the names it gives them. This talk shows owners and agency leaders how to test what AI search says about their business today, and what to fix first. No ranking or recommendation by any AI tool is promised.
Audience: Business owners, agency leaders, chambers, and business associations.
AI Implementation That Explains the Why
Most AI training teaches buttons. This talk teaches judgment. A career educator and working operator explains why each step of an implementation exists before she shows how it runs, and the audience leaves with a workflow audit they completed themselves.
Audience: Business owners and their teams, municipal and agency cohorts, chambers, and owner groups.
Workshops and private teaching
Workshops and private teaching, including the Elevation teaching offers, are delivered in person by Ana herself: owners, teams, agencies, and nonprofits taught on their own work, with procedures and records they keep after the session ends. Teaching engagements are scoped in writing for the specific group, with no prices published.
Audience: Owners, teams, agencies, and nonprofits.

Media kit
The media kit and the speaker one sheet carry Ana’s approved biography, her talks, and her book material, ready for media and event partners planning a program.
