How These Rates Are Set
These rates are not demands. They are set against what this market already pays for the same presence, the same coordination, and the same accountability, and the sources are published here so any reader can check them. Desert Sun Investments, LLC d/b/a Ana Connects You is retained as an independent contractor on every engagement: clients carry no employer payroll taxes, no benefits burden, and no agency placement fee.

Ana Vasquez, M.Ed. is the Founder & Principal of Desert Sun Investments, LLC d/b/a Ana Connects You. She runs her practice from Lake Worth, in Palm Beach County, Florida, and she is the named operator on every engagement: one person accountable for strategy, coordination, and delivery, with no handoffs.
She is a master's prepared principal who built her career leading inside institutions before opening this practice, and it shows in how the work runs: structured, documented, and carried to a close. Her work spans fulfillment of awarded contracts, operational execution, and confidential advisory for principals. Corporate awards close audit ready. Her lanes are construction first, then operations, projects, and aviation, and her ground is Palm Beach County.
