Ana keeps confidences for individuals: owners and principals carrying decisions that cannot be discussed inside their company, their family, or their firm. One named outsider, under a mutual NDA, who hears the whole situation, tells you plainly what she sees, and carries what you decide. The roster is deliberately small, and no client is ever named.
Retained principals reach Ana directly. Urgent matters are taken up the same day.

Every engagement begins with a private conversation, followed by mutual vetting and a mutual NDA. You will be asked who referred you. Do not send account numbers, investment documents, or confidential deal documents through any form on this site; documents move only inside an engagement, under NDA.
Some principals engage Ana for a season rather than a project: the first year after a loss, a relocation, a household being rebuilt. In those seasons she is present in person, at home and in travel, coordinating the attorneys, care managers, and household professionals around the principal so that no part of the transition is carried alone. This work is undertaken privately, by referral, under the same standard of confidentiality as every engagement of this practice.
